At BrandsAllure, we make sure to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Your order will
arrive within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may change based on your
location and any unexpected delays. Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking
details by email or SMS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can
request a return or exchange under these conditions:
1. Return Time: You can return your perfume within 7 days after receiving it.
2. Product Condition: The perfume must be unused or only slightly used within the
allowed limit (no more than 6 ml). If more than the allowed amount is used, we cannot
accept the return.
3. Return Process: Once you request a return, our customer service team will call you to
confirm if you want a refund or an exchange.
4. Refunds & Exchanges: If approved, we will refund your money to the original payment
method or provide an exchange.
5. Non-Refundable Items: If the perfume is used beyond the allowed limit or returned after
7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
